We are dually licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH).

What is a Level 1 Residential Care Facility (RCF1)?

A Level 1 Residential Care Facility provides 24-hour supervision in a home-like setting for individuals who are largely independent but benefit from structured support. Our team assists with daily needs such as medication management, meals, engaging activities and personal hygiene; without the intensity of skilled nursing care. It's ideal for adults who value their independence while needing a reliable safety net and fun activities. Families can have peace of mind knowing their loved one is safe, respected, and well cared for.

Our friendly team is on-site 24/7 to provide personalized care, medication assistance, engaging fun activities, group trips and nutritious chef-prepared meals. We partner closely with families, physicians, and therapists so you never have to worry. Together, we’ll make sure your loved one receives the respectful, dignified support they need to live happily.

• Community & Engagement: Socialization and companionship through fun, engaging activities and events.

• Comfortable Living: Private and semi-private rooms with surprisingly affordable rates based on income.

• In-Home Professional Care: 24/7 on-site supervision, support and care provided by licensed and/or certified professionals: RNs, LPNs, and Medical Level One Aides with Insulin Certification.

  • Integrated with case workers, physicians, hospitals, psychiatrists and mental health agencies.

• Comprehensive, Personalized care: Individualized treatment and care plans. Support for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, etc. Rehabilitation services provided through home health agencies if physician ordered including physical, occupational and speech therapy.

• Transportation: Transport to appointments, shopping, events and activities.

• Spiritual Support: Optional in-home Bible studies and weekly transport to church services to foster spiritual growth, fellowship and peace.

• Delicious meals: Customized home-cooked meals and nutritious snacks.

• Home Amenities: TV streaming services, WiFi Internet, laundry, housekeeping and prepared meals.
